Cancellation period

Purchases can be canceled within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

How to request it

E-mail contato@dartadigitalaudio.com.br with your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase.

Refund of the amount paid

The amount is returned through PayPal, to your PayPal balance or the card linked to it. Requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

License

Once the order is canceled, the license key is deactivated and the right to use the software ends. The plugin must be uninstalled from the computers where it was activated.

After this period

After 7 days from purchase, orders cannot be canceled for change of mind. Technical issues are handled by Support, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
